a week of simple pleasures
ample space attentive staff
i found the grounds well kept and neat. i enjoyed walking the area near the pool it had ample space. the staff was attentive to keeping the premises tidy this was noticeable. the beach was also cleaned each morning of sargassum.
the coffee was not the best i have tasted it needed improvement. i would have liked better coffee options in the mornings. this small change would have made a big difference for me.

beach access convenient wet bar smooth check-in clean environment
The resort provided several pools directly on the beach. The family enjoyed access to many drinks and a convenient wet bar. fast check-in and check-out made our arrival and departure smooth. This saved us valuable vacation time. i was happy with the daily restocking of the mini-bar, a simple but effective touch. the resort also maintained a clean environment throughout our stay.

The room featured effective air conditioning. It also included a ceiling fan for quieter nights. daily cleaning service maintained a tidy space. The room always felt fresh when we returned. amenities like a hairdryer and toilet brush were available. This added convenience to our daily routines.

Staff members greeted us with warm smiles and provided very good service from arrival to departure. the bartenders prepared drinks quickly and were friendly. the presenter oscar was very friendly and i had great conversations with him. He explained membership options clearly.

The hotel's location offered direct access to the beach. It was convenient for beach activities. being close to 5th street provided easy access to shopping. The hotel was also close to tourist spots. the area felt secure and was easy to navigate. The area was very charming.

The resort included a spa where ileana offered fabulous massages, i had two massages with her. i used the water-filling system. This encouraged us to stay hydrated. the vip bar (bar & mar) provided a relaxing space with premium cocktails. This area allowed us to relax.
