"Really nice resort, very good value for the price, staff was amazing, the quality of the food was higher than I would have expected of an AI resort, large pool, nice activities but not too much animation, good location to walk into the center of Playa del Carmen, they had really good wine, I lost my AirPods in the Van coming from the airport and the staff did everything they could to help me find them again, also very nice beach area, spacious rooms with balcony"
"We even went fishing one day with a local charter and we arranged for the chef to prepare the fish we caught for no extra charge."
